This project was a huge undertaking. This residential client in Kensington demanded a large amount of attention, as the house had no basement that the owners were in need of, not to mention the rest of the building was cramped and needed to have some space extended. Our aim was to completely revamp the looks of this old, run-down house and make it fresh and modern.

As Diamond Constructions handled the basement construction and extension of existing areas, we proceeded to work on the terrace and bespoke furniture. Our aim was to create a space that is perfect for family times in the warm summer days, so the backyard terrace was redone to fulfil that purpose. We also created a whole new set of stairs that, while more modern and lighter, still preserve a classic, cosy design. As a final touch, we added a ton of new furniture into the home as well as a completely redone bespoke kitchen, creating a nice, modern, inviting space.
